The number of breweries engaged commercially in brewing and selling specialty beers has been increasing for years. With the increase in the number of commercial breweries, the number of special beers has also increased enormously. The days when these special beers were only available from the local catering industry are long gone. From the local liquor store to the big supermarket chains – all of them have set up shelf space in recent years with special beers from the smaller specialty brewers.
Of course, this also increasingly requires small numbers of colour labels for beer bottles, but of professional quality. Most commercial brewers are not heineken in size. The focus of the brewers is on brewing special beers, where lies the passion of the most beer brewers. Especially for these breweries, Businesslabels has developed an extensive range of materials and put together starter sets.
The “Startset Steinie beer bottle commercial” is based on brewers brewing beer in larger volumes where manual application of the labels is too much work. The combination of the Epson CW-C6000Ae colour label printer and Diamondlabels DIA600B glossy inkjet paper labels make printing professional beer labels possible. In addition, this extensive starter set also includes a label rewinder and a bottle label applicator. The rewinder wraps the labels after printing so that they can then be easily but above all efficiently applied to the bottles with the bottle label applicator.
Reusing beer bottles is a well-known concept with beer bottles. From the largest commercial brewers to the hobby brewers at home, the beer bottles reuse as much as possible. In addition to cleaning the inside, the bottle must also be labelled with a new label after filling. Then it is important that the old label can be removed from the bottle easily and preferably without chemicals. With Diamondlabels specially developed glossy paper with water-sensitive glue, this can be done without any effort.
The material of Diamondlabels has been launched under the code “DIA600B” which stands for Diamondlabels Inkjet A-grade. This material is not only equipped with a special glue but also with a high-quality inkjet coating which is suitable for the Epson ColorWorks label printers.
Printing labels in color with an inkjet printer, is that useful? Printing with an inkjet printer still gives the expectation that the ink will run out due to moisture. With the Epson ColorWorks printers, that’s a thing of the past.
The Epson ColorWorks inkjet color label printers are ideal for printing labels in color. The materials of Diamondlabels are also of very high quality. The combination of a good material such as the DIA600B from Diamondlabels with the Epson CW-C6000Ae make for fantastic labels. Although the printed labels on DIA600B can be rinsed well with lukewarm water, the label is moisture resistant. The label and the imprint therefore remain even in humid conditions such as with high-quality condensation.
Fixed-sized labels with round corners are the most common label type for label printers. The labels are neatly equipped with rounded corners and the printer itself detects where the label starts and ends. With a little extra attention, a pre-cut label can be neatly printed from edge to edge, so white edges around the label are not necessary, but of course it is allowed.
The label size 76 x 210 mm has been specially marketed for the Steinie bottles so that they can be neatly labelled. The beer label of 210 mm long is enough to cover the circumference of a Steinie beer bottle to a large extent but also keep enough of the bottle visible.
The included Epson CW-C6000Ae is a high-quality label printer with a print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi. These label printers are designed for industrial use which makes them extremely reliable. The label printers of the Epson CW-C6000 series are also equipped with special possibilities for managing colors and the Ae version has a built-in paper knife.
For printer capacity and quality, the Epson CW-C6000Ae is an affordable color label printer. The quality in combination with the speed of printing and possible cutting makes the CW-C6000Ae ideal for printing professional product labels. Combine this with Diamondlabels special DIA600B glossy inkjet paper and you have the best possible solution for printing beer labels. This gives the beer bottles a label that pays homage to the passion and attention that has been paid to the content. In addition, these ColorWorks color label printers are distinguished by their high reliability, low ink costs and the self-maintaining system.
