The DTD09 is a budget Thermal Direct paper for simple applications where the label is of value for a relative short time
The material is provided with a Thermal ECO coating. ECO stands for “Economic” it is mainly about a low price. This coating ensures a good print, but this print fades relatively quickly under the influence of temperature, UV light and other environmental factors.
The DTD09 is therefore mainly a cheap Thermal Direct paper and especially suitable for applications such as shipping labels and other temporary marking of goods in various processes. The permanent adhesive adheres particularly well to cardboard surfaces, but the adhesion is usually sufficient on most other common surfaces as well.
